When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, until 17:00 CET). Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

When will my order be shipped?

For most orders within Europe, delivery takes 5–12 business days . All shipments are fulfilled from our warehouse in China.

Is Shipping Free?

Yes, all orders include free shipping . No additional costs for delivery, VAT, or import duties will be charged.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If we can't deliver within 30 days from your purchase date, you're entitled to:

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund, or
  • Accept a new delivery timeframe.

We'll contact you as soon as possible in case of delay.

Can I return my order?

Yes , you can return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery.

What are the return conditions?

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused (as if inspected in a store)
  • In original packaging, with tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not charge restocking fees.

Where do I send the return?

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China . Returns sent elsewhere will not be processed.

Please note: Not all products are fulfilled from the same location, so we are unable to provide a general return address in advance. The correct return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer covers return shipping costs, which typically range from 30 to 180 DKK , depending on package size.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 7 business days . You'll be refunded via your original payment method, including the original shipping cost.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes , you can request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Do I have to pay for the new item's shipping?

No , we'll send the replacement for free . You only need to cover the return shipping of the original item.

We'll send you a free replacement , and we'll cover any return shipping required.

What if my item breaks later on?

If you live in Denmark, you're covered by a 2-year statutory warranty under Købeloven . You can file a claim if the product is:

  • Faulty during normal use
